If you specialize in residential real estate, you may not have the experience or the inclination to handle a commercial transaction. You may not want to learn about market lease rates, lease language, zoning considerations and other elements of the commercial transaction. But you also don’t want to lose the relationship you have with your client. That’s where we can help.

We have grown to become one of the most effective and diversified companies of our type. We offer all of the services of a large, national commercial real estate company including leasing, sales, investments, development services and property management.

Here’s how our Residential Realtor Program works. If you are working with a commercial prospect you may refer them to us using several referral fee options:

The Walk-In Option: If a prospect simply walks into your office or calls in seeking commercial property to lease or buy and you want to refer them, simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it or print it and fax it to us. Sometimes, a prospect will be in town calling several agents including our office. We’ll let you know within 24 hours if we are already working with the prospect or if they were referred by someone else. If you were the source of the referral, we’ll give your broker 10% of the fee we earn as a result of that referral.

The Client Option: If you have an existing relationship with a customer or client who is seeking commercial property to lease or buy and you want to refer them, simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it or print it and fax it to us. Maybe this is someone you sold a home to and now they need an office or retail store and you want to maintain the relationship. If you were the source of the referral, we’ll give your broker 20% of the fee we earn as a result of that “Client Option” referral.

The Co-Broker Option: If you are working with a customer or client who is seeking commercial property to lease or buy and you want to work through the process with them, for one of our listings simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it or print it and fax it to us. We will gladly co-op with any broker, and unless agreed otherwise upfront, split all commissions 50% – 50%.
